Its a bit like the "Speed kills" argument in that you may have been breaking the limit a bit but you wouldn't have gone under the truck if the huntsman spider hadn't fallen from behind the visor into your lap. Nevertheless the cause of the accident that killed you will be marked down as "speed". Bureaucratic convenience.Paulnoreply@blogger.com
