What can Bunnings do for me? I'm also upset that by serving Halal meat products, Bunnings are supporting a brutal and inhumane method of slaughter that is even more distressing to animals being executed than the mechanised process that "non Halal" slaughter employs!!! Wrap ya "values transmitting" marketing brains around that one BUNNINGS. It's all Baloney and Hogwash. They should stick to selling hardware.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32646270.post-25271499644087998392016-08-28T02:49:31.317+12:002016-08-28T02:49:31.317+12:00I bet Bunnings banning bacon and pork sausages at ...I bet Bunnings banning bacon and pork sausages at their BBQs has nothing to do with simplicity or money. It has to do with fear; fear that some Muslim/s will be triggered crazy by the smell of bacon cooking and go into a frenzy of stabbing people. I don't blame Bunnings management being concerned about that. It could happen. There are plenty of examples of Muslims being triggered into murder frenzies over less than that. But Bunnings should be strong enough to admit that fear of Muslims is their reason for banning bacon, not make up a false reason that doesn't make sense and makes them look too weak to admit it.

Bunnings are part of Wesfarmers and are a huge wealthy company. If they deem the threat real, then rather than ban bacon, they could have two armed security guards at every BBQ ready to shoot any Muslims who flip out from the smell of bacon cooking. Lets face it, Muslim murderers are flipping out in places all over the western world, particularly where they see westerners enjoying themselves, so happy westerners on Saturday mornings outside Bunnings with bacon cooking might be a place of heightened possibility for attack. Bacon is too delightful to ban though. It should be protected by all means. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
